Quantock Clothing Ltd – Privacy Policy and Data Security Promise

At Quantock, we take your privacy and data security very seriously – it is of the very highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside organisation for mailing or marketing purposes without your clear consent.

When you create an online account with us or make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name; email address; payment address and details).  All of this and similar information is stored on secure servers. To allow us to process orders efficiently and securely, we partner with third-party financial institutions who handle all of our credit and debit card transactions and receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment.  We only record the last 4 digits from your payment card, as do many organisations, which allows us to confirm who you are in any correspondence.  Order fulfilment is carried out by ourselves in house, which is part of our service promise and ensures that we care about your order experience.

Should you wish to find out more, please read the our Terms and Conditions or contact us by email at As an absolute minimum, we will respond to you within 24 hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
