Returns

At Quantock, we fully understand that shopping online can become difficult when you wish to return items, make changes to an order, or something has gone wrong.  Our ethos is strongly focused on the Customer’s experience, so we will do everything we can to make this part as easy as possible for you.

 

Returns

Customers are like us – we sometimes change our minds, find that perhaps a 34 inch waist isn’t quite what it used to be or simply decide that red isn’t the colour anymore!  Whatever your reason, we understand that you may wish to return items from an order, which you may do up to 30 days after receipt, in order to obtain a refund.

 

UK Returns

To return your item(s) from the UK, please follow the simple steps below:

1 You do not need to contact us - Returns to Quantock Clothing from the UK are FREE
2 Fill out the Returns Form at the bottom of your advice note, enclosed with your order.  Simply let us know on the form how many items you are sending back and mark up the box(es) informing us the reason for the return
3 Cut or tear off the slip from the bottom of the advice note along the dotted lines
4 Remove the adhesive returns address label and stick onto the outside of the packaging used
5 Place the Returns Form inside the packaging, complete with the goods to be returned and securely seal the parcel to be sent
6 Take the parcel to your Post Office and request a proof of postage
7 That's it!

 

Mainland Europe Returns

Orders of £75 or more in one transaction qualify for free returns from Mainland Europe.  To return items using this FREE service, please follow the simple steps below:

1 Drop us a line to Customer.Services@QuantockClothing.com 
2 We work with UPS and will send you an email with a UPS link and information on what to do
3 Print off the UPS shipping label from our email
4 Fill out the Returns Form at the bottom of your advice note, enclosed with your order
5 Cut or tear off the Returns Form at the bottom of the advice note along the dotted lines
6 Place the Returns Form inside the packaging, complete with the goods to be returned and securely seal the parcel to be sent
7 Attach the UPS shipping label to outside of the parcel
8 Take the parcel to your local UPS Access Point
9 That's it!

 

We will process your return soon after it has arrived with us.  As part of our promise to providing an exceptional Customer experience, we will notify you when any refund has been made to the card used to pay for the original order.

Please do retain proof of postage.

It's important to us that any unwanted item(s), unless faulty, are returned to us in a re-saleable condition.  We’d like to receive back all the original packaging and labels, wherever possible - and that the item(s) are undamaged.

 

Help! I've Lost The Returns Address Label

Don't worry - you can either contact us on Customer.Services@QuantockClothing.com or print a returns label off directly from the Royal Mail website, following the simple instructions. Pick Quantock Clothing as the retailer. Easy.

 

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, on very rare occasions errors can occur. If the items you have received are not as you ordered, or arrive damaged, please email us at Customer.Services@QuantockClothing.com, quoting your order number and we will advise you on how to proceed.  As part of our Customer promise, we will respond to your email within 24 hours, including weekends.

 

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please check your order online.  To do this, please sign into your account here and click on “View My Orders” under the “My Orders” section.  If you still require assistance, please email Customer.Services@QuantockClothing.com and our team will do everything we can to promptly resolve your query.  In line with our ethos, it is important to us that you have a great Customer experience, even when things haven’t gone quite to plan.

 

Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your Quantock purchases. If you're not, just return the item(s) to us, following the instructions above, and we'll refund them to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

If your refund has not been processed within 14 days of you returning the goods, please contact us by email on Customer.Services@QuantockClothing.com - we will investigate matters and keep you updated as necessary.  We take our obligations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations seriously and will always respond to any query you have both promptly and courteously.

Order Amendments

Regretfully, we are unable to make amendments to orders once the order has been placed with us.  Should you wish to make amendments to your order or cancel it altogether, you will need to follow our Returns process in order to allow us to refund your order in full.

In all cases, we encourage you to contact us at Customer.Services@QuantockClothing.com, quoting your order number and we will respond to you promptly.  Ensuring you have a great Customer experience at Quantock is in our interests as well as yours.
